We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, and profile photo. We also collect content you create in the app such as moments, locations, and group activity.

We automatically collect certain usage data including device type, operating system, and app interactions to improve your experience.

We use your information to provide and improve the Moments service, send you notifications you have opted into, and support you when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Moments you save are only visible to groups you explicitly share them with. We do not share your personal data with other users beyond what you choose to share.

We may share data with service providers (such as Supabase for database hosting and Apple/Google for authentication) solely to operate the service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Moments uses your location to let you save and pin places. Location access is optional and only used when you actively add a moment. We do not track your location in the background.

We send push notifications only for activity within your groups (e.g., when someone adds a new moment). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Moments is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
