subscriptions are managed through your apple id. in the app, open profile and tap manage subscription. you can also manage subscriptions from your apple account settings.

safety and moderation

moments lets users report objectionable content and block abusive users in the app. for urgent safety concerns, email us with the group, moment, or user details you want reviewed.

bug reports

if something is not working, include the email on your account, what you tapped, what happened, and whether you were using wi-fi or cellular data.

response time

we review support requests as quickly as possible. reports involving objectionable content or abusive behavior are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.
