By downloading or using Moments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moments. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Moments to post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, impersonate others, or interfere with the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Moments. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Moments may offer premium features via in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Moments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
