Terms of Service

By downloading or using moments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use moments. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

moments has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, harassing, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content, impersonate others, threaten users, spam, or interfere with the service or other users.

You retain ownership of the content you create in moments. By posting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the service to you and the groups you share it with.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.

Users may flag objectionable content and block abusive users in the app. Blocking hides that user's content from the blocker immediately and notifies us for review.

We act on objectionable content and abuse reports within 24 hours by removing content and ejecting or terminating users who provided offending content when it violates these terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app; doing so removes your profile and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

moments may offer optional paid subscriptions for premium features. moments does not offer one-time in-app purchases. All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

These Terms are concluded between you and moments only, not with Apple. moments, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party have relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance will have the right to enforce them against you.

moments is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may modify these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
